* Minimum Project Fee is the Hourly Fee for 4-hours and the Set-up Project Fee, which apply for each project.
** Resume Minimum Project Fee is the Hourly Fee for 1-hour and the Setup Project Fee. Updating a resume on file is at the current hourly rate minimum 1 hour.
General Payment Terms & Conditions
All work performed by Paul's Computerware beyond the 4-hour Minimum Project Fee will be charged at the agreed hourly fee above. Work is generally defined as setup templating, formatting, electronic manipulation, digital photography and test printing, however may include other activities.
Contents, images and digital photography are to be supplied by customer.
Any drawings, diagrams or digital photography created by Paul's Computerware will be performed at the designated hourly fee above.
Payments are Due & Payable at the beginning of Each Month, with the Minimum Project Fee due upon initial project order.
Any payment 15 days past due incurs a monthly late fee of 10% on the unpaid balance.
Responsibility for accuracy of all information is upon the customer and is to be checked by the customer, before Final Acceptance of files.
Customer's Signature for Final Acceptance of files relieves Paul's Computerware and any of it's agents of any encumbrances of liability for errors or omissions. Any remedy is limited to corrections at the current prevailing rates.
No other conditions are stipulated or implied, unless expressly authorized in writing; and signed and dated by Paul's Computerware and the Customer.
